Lovely receptionist. Friendly and kind room cleaners. Nice aircon. Convenient location with 7-Eleven and laundry service nearby. Good water pressure for baths.

The room was absolutely amazing! I loved the hot tub and the tiled floor, it made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious villa. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the tropical heat. Plus, having a private balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the seating area in the twin room. I felt it took up unnecessary space and would have preferred more room to move around.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the spacious and affordable rooms. The bathtub was a nice touch, and the hot water supply was consistent. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with close proximity to our language school and yoga studio. Additionally, Patong Beach was just a short 10-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were kind, friendly, and always willing to help. we were very satisfied with our stay.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.
